Landscape architecture and supervision of works
NOOR Green architecture can offer services that spread from the very conceptualization of a project up to the completion of the commission through all the design stages.
Landscape designers work on a canvas that is distinctly different from other art forms.
The “Art” is always changing as the plants grow, environmental conditions change, and people use the space.
For this reason, Landscape designers use a design process that systematically considers all aspects of the land, the environment, the growing plants, and the needs of the user to ensure a visually pleasing, functional, and ecologically healthy design by taking into consideration the environment as a base, our Architectural integrated design includes:
Site Survey
In the integrated sustainable designing, all stages of the project are developed with the goal of achieving high levels of efficiency, low cost of construction, maintenance and operation, high quality & aesthetic integration with the context and the user desires from the very start of the conceptual stages up to the finished product and beyond.
In environmental design, our full scope of services includes:
- Site planning allow for maximum sustainable design, taking into consideration the local environment as a base.
- Advice on how to incorporate sustainability in all stages of design.
- Project and program management, including the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
- Preliminary assessment to characterize and document problems so as to establish project goals and objectives.
- 100% construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, design build bid packages and permits/license applications.
- Conduct value engineering studies, including environmental assessment addressing the triple bottom lines of economic, social, and ecological values.
- Master planning
- Concept design /3-D design and perspective view/
- Detailed Design /plan view/
- Construction documents
- Supervision of works
1. Master planning

Preliminary Sketches
The master plan presents the overview, the vision for the whole site/area design which by establishing functional relationships between all of the parts of the site/area, then guides the detail design and interaction of the elements which make up the whole.
Design Overview
In terms of the design process, site assessment is followed by sketch designs, which are fluid, changeable options, produced to explore designs & to aid discussion. These are then refined into master plans to provide the overview statement for the design.
In master plans, we provide an early statement of the design intention. It helps us to communicate the benefits of the proposal to planners, senior managers, or the public. A particular skill of our landscape architects; in this stage, our full scope of services includes.
In this stage, our objective is to incorporate your needs with the appropriate plant material and aggregate for your particular location.
Our beautiful gardens follow four basic design principles:
- Variety to add interest,
- Repetition to provide unity
- Balance of scale, size, and proportion
- Variety to add interest,
- Balance of scale, size, and proportion
Our goal through our designs is to create harmonized landscapes of lasting value and beauty. We can make your vision come to life
2. Concept Design

Perspective View
In this stage the ideas, wishes and inspirations are being transformed in a real thing, shaping the final result in terms of pathways, water features, structural elements and softscapes
3D Modeling
This is a process whereby we design artificially build the plan from a CAD drawing using a modeling software application. For both realistic and hyper realistic high definition images and / or video clips, 3D modeling is the first step in the first step in the process, & has to be done if three dimensional images are required.
Feasibility and Concept Design Services
- Project requirements assistance
- Context and site appraisals
- Design brief development
- Concept design development
Graphic and Visualization Services
- Interactive 3D modelling
- Animation
- GIS and CAD
- Graphic design
3. Detailed Design

Plan View
At this stage, Our landscape architect enters in the smallest detail of the project, plants, materials, up to the completion of all the deliverables that allow to enter in the working stage.
Material and Planting palettes
Plant palettes are a collection of images depicting in the plants with their botanical or common names. (Landscaping guidelines limit the use of common plant names, as it leads to confusion).
This helps clients envision what plants look like, where we have placed them, and why. Materials palettes do the same but for hard landscaping such as paving, pots, light fittings, and O.T.F. (off the shelf) or M.T.O. (made to order) furniture.
Detailed breif development
- Design brief development
- Hard and Soft landscape plans
- Specification information
- Material and plant assortment
- Applying methodology
Project Manual
this stage, Our landscape architect deliver the package of documents suitable for tendering purposes. Co.D. have several purposes.
They communicate technical information necessary to:
- Obtain Bids for Constructions
- See the project through the building permitting process
- Guide construction
4. Construction Document

CO.D. are comprised of construction drawings and specifications. The technical information communicated in the drawings indicates physical location of the improvements proposed for the project, the details of components to be built and installed, and the quantity of design elements.
Specifications deal with the standards of quality expected in the construction of the improvements & the procedures to be used throughout the construction process.
Construction Documents /Co.D/ are typically organized in two parts
- The front-end Documents
- The technical specifications
In general, the front end documents stipulate the conditions and terms of the contract. The technical specifications complement the front end documents by establishing the quality of materials and procedures to be used in the project implementation.
5. Supervision Works

Visualization Serices
We craft every project as a one-off, A tailor-made path to each realization that starts from the very concept, to its proposition merging the team’s professionalism and creativity through architecture, design, engineering, sustainability consultancy and communication skills, to guide each project to success.
The best guarantee of the perfect installation and realization of a landscape project is to make it supervised, during its construction, by the same team that has created it from the very beginning.
Landscape supervision services:
- Public consultation and exhibition assistance
- Contract documentation & administration
- Site inspection
- As built drawings
